Join certified instructor Sarah for a fast-paced HIIT workout that will get your heart rate up and your energy flowing. This class uses bodyweight exercises only, making it accessible for all fitness levels.

Mats will be available, or feel free to bring your own. Come challenge yourself, break a sweat, and enjoy a great workout with the USO community!
