Through soothing tones and calming vibrations, sound baths may help reduce stress, regulate the nervous system, and promote relaxation and mindfulness. Guests are encouraged to bring a floor mat, pillow, blanket, or anything else that will help make the experience comfortable and cozy. Settle in, relax, and enjoy this unique opportunity for rest and renewal with the USO. Registration required, 18+.
