Yoga & Sound Bath (APR)

Help lower your stress with a sound bath! Get comfortable on a mat, using pillows and blankets, then let yourself melt into ultimate relaxation with guided calming exercises and the sounds of crystal singing bowls. Recommended to bring your own pillow(s) and blanket(s), and a mat if you would like. We have mats available and will also have a few extra blankets. 18+ Spots limited.
