Yoga and Sound Bath (MAY)

Help lower your stress with yoga and a sound bath! Yoga is beginner-friendly. Then get comfortable on your mat, using pillows and blankets, and let yourself melt into ultimate relaxation with guided calming exercises and the sounds of crystal singing bowls. Recommended to bring your own pillow(s) and blanket(s), and a mat if you would like. We have mats available and will also have a few extra blankets and pillows. 18+ Spots limited.
