Come say a final farewell to Penny! After more than a year of sharing canine cuddles, wagging tails, and comfort with the Yokosuka community, Penny and her family are preparing for their next adventure outside of Japan. Join us as we celebrate her incredible time with the USO community with special treats, a fun photo booth, and the chance to leave a heartfelt message in our memory book. Let’s give Penny the loving send-off she deserves!
