USO Yokosuka Minecraft Build Competition

RULES: Each player must have his or her own laptop computer with the Minecraft game loaded in order to play. The age range for this program is 8-14 years old. Each participant must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18.

During the program, there will be two rounds of play; each round will consist of a 20-minute build time.

At the start of the round, each player must be logged into their own Minecraft account in “Creative Mode.” The players will be shown an image and asked to recreate/build that image in their Minecraft account on their laptops. They will have 20 minutes to build out the image. At the 20-minute mark, judges will announce times-up and hands up and off the computers.

There will be a prize for “Most Creative” and a prize for “Most Similar to the Original Image.”
