USO Japan’s 2023 Salute to Service Awards

On November 9, 2023, the USO Japan Area Office honored 14 outstanding individuals from U.S. and Japanese service branches. Guest of honor who celebrated our award winners for their commendable community service in Japan throughout the year include C7F Deputy Commander RDML Amy Bauernschmidt, USFJ J4, Col Stanley Calixteuso, Indo Pac VP, Scott Maskery, USO Area Team, and community members. These awards recognize service members who excel in their careers and contribute substantially to their communities.
