USO Japan's 2018 Service Salute Gala
On 8 September 2018, USO Japan honored 18 service members from the US Military and the Japanese Self Defense Forces and they honored the USO Japan volunteer of the year.
The evening kicked off with a reception with music from the 7th Fleet Jazz protocol band. Command Master Chief Greene from Yokota Air Base gave the key note address that moved the entire audience. The Geisha Troupe Dancers and a hula hoop artist performed for the evening’s entertainment and the night ended with a raffle to one lucky attendee.
