USO Yokosuka Celebrates Sailor of the Year
USO Yokosuka hosted a Luncheon for Sailors of the Year on January 15. The Yokosuka staff helped celebrate the Seventh Fleet Sailors of the Year, along with their Royal New Zealand Navy, and Japan Maritime Self Defense Force Counterparts at the center that morning. On January 17, the Sailor of the Year was announced, it he happened to be a USO Yokosuka volunteer with over 300 hours. Petty Officer First Class Steve Hux received the honor of Seventh Fleet Shore Command Sailor of the Year. Congratulations Steve, as well as all the Sailors of the Year!
